1. Could a person submit more than one communication for evaluation?

Yes, you can submit a maximum of three communications, either as author or as co-author or in the form of communication-poster or symposia.

2. How many people can sign a communication that is submitted to be evaluated?

The organization of the Congress does not establish maximum limit of people authors of each Communication. For the final acceptance and publication in the special issue of the journal Teaching of Sciences, at least one of the signatories must be registered in the Congress before June 30, 2016.

Each person can only appear as author or co-author in three communications.

3. Since there are two modalities (communication-poster and symposia) for the defense of communications, can I decide how I want to defend my communication?

If you can choose it, in the job upload application will appear a dropdown with the two options to choose one. The Congress Organization, after the evaluation process, reserves the right to propose the change of modality as well as the relocation to another thematic line or challenge to those proposed

4. I am a co-author of a communication, will my certificate be different from the one obtained by the lead author?

No. All persons included in the authorship will have an identical certificate. Certificates of authorship will be issued, accepted papers and defended in Congress (will be delivered at the time of the defense), which include the title of the work and all the signatories by order of signature, the job.

5. Do all the people that appear in the authorship have to register in the Congress?

In order for the work to be accepted for publication, at least one person must be registered for work, since all work must be defended in Congress.

6. Will the work that we get onto the platform (until December 18), be the definitive case that it is accepted?

The work that is uploaded to the platform will have to conform to the format of the template, committing itself to anonymity, so that it can be evaluated by the reviewers. These may propose modifications, which must be incorporated in a new version and be uploaded back to the platform within the established deadlines, for final acceptance.

7. Will the final versions of accepted papers be published in the journal Teaching Science?

All papers accepted and presented at the congress (with inscription of at least one of its authors) will be published as EXTRA NUMBER of the Journal Teaching of Sciences. That is why it is so necessary that the rules of publication of the template are respected.

8. What types of certificates will be issued?

Two types of certificates will be issued:

a) Authorship, to all signatories, whether or not they are the first authors, whose communications have been accepted and defended at the congress, regardless of the form of presentation (communication-poster or symposia).

b) Attendance: to the attendees, whether or not they have submitted a communication. Requires registration at the congress.

9. If my participation in the congress is going to be as an assistant, because I do not have work to exhibit, do I have to pay for registration?

Yes, the registration must be done by anyone interested in attending the Congress, present or not work.
